Here is the link to the Northwest Arkansas Regional Planning Commission’s plan for mass transit in NWA for the next 10 years. I’m posting this for reference. I will post a a summary for those of us who don’t have time to read 278 densely packed pages. I will say that the information is good. The plan is proactive which is great for a change. Most transit plans are reactive, and end up costing more than if the city or region had thought and planned ahead. Which NWA is doing.
