I have been looking for a railroad map I can share and put in documents. I want a clear map to use for the Big Picture Rail Plan I am working up. I want you to see our current railroads in NWA.
The Open Railway Map looks like it’s the ticket. The Canadian Pacific Kansas City Southern line is in orange. The Arkansas and Missouri line is in light green. To the east the Missouri and Northern Arkansas line is also in light green. It goes up to Branson MO. I also want you to see how crooked the railroads are. This is important because one of the things we need to do to prepare for more passenger traffic is straighten the lines.
I am sharing this to see if you can read it and understand what is on the map. Please leave a comment to let me know about what you can make of this.
