Here is the plan for making Fayetteville, one of our 4 Cities, a livable, walkable, city by 2030 from way back in 2013. A Washington County sales tax had been tried but failed to pass in 2012. So there was no local money for this project. As we have learned, we need local money to show that we are serious about transit development. Before we can get more money from the state, Federal government or grants from foundations.
